I made this blog / splash page for a couple reasons. First off i want to know if people searching traffic exchanges are actually paying attention and secondly it is against Google Webmaster Guidelines and program policies to use traffic exchanges or programs that offer incentives for users to view web pages or click on ads (such as paid-to-click, paid-to-surf, auto-surf, and click-exchange programs). I intend to keep my Google Adsense and Ranking, so you've made it to this page some how or another which possibly was in a way that may be against policies said above but I'm am not offering any incentive for you to follow through to any links on this page so there is a small loop hole.
